what do we do if we apply for a loan and it says “status: pending activation” and says the loan will not be posted to the site for one business day? do we still get the second payment refunded?

Yes, as long as you go through the listing process and click on “Create Listing” on the last page during the time period shown above, you will be eligible for the offer as outlined.

Can a member receive the 2nd payment refund on more than one loan? Can i do two loans and get the 2nd payment refunded on both?

You are only allowed to have one loan at a time through Prosper. Borrowers are only eligible for a second loan after a minimum of six months after the first loan, so unfortunately you can only get the credit on one loan, since the offer is today only.

It’s great that many banks now offer consumers an option to get a personal loan online as you don’t have to plan your application around a bank’s normal business hours anymore.
